If you decide that an item is not quite right for you, it may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds back to the original form of payment. Instead, eligible returns may be handled in one of the following ways:

• Exchange the item for another available product
• Receive store credit to use toward a future Flowerness Farm purchase

Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We will review your message and provide the next steps for returning or exchanging your item.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can make sure your return is handled correctly.

Choosing Another Piece

If you choose an exchange, you may select another available item from our shop. If you are not ready to choose a replacement immediately, store credit gives you the flexibility to return and select something else at a later time.
